About Me

This is what I do.

Realizing the Importance of Food

For me, one of the most significant changes last year was realizing the importance of food. My binge eating experience at the beginning of the year led me to reconsider my relationship with food. I ultimately concluded that binge eating was a manifestation of my unstable mental state. In reality, I was struggling with emotional, financial, and career-related distress but had no outlet for relief, so I externalized this pain through binge eating. It was similar to a form of self-harm—"When the body hurts, the heart hurts less."

The Turning Point for Dietary Adjustments

After finding a job, I had new sources of emotional, financial, and life stability. Although my working hours became longer, the reduced work pressure gave me more time to be with myself. This allowed me to consciously nourish and adjust my body.

Gradually Establishing Healthy Eating Habits

Finally, after two years of exploration and experimentation, I gradually developed my own dietary habits. They are not complicated but help me maintain a stable mental state and a healthy body in daily life.

Sharing My Experience

This article is not only a summary of my personal experiences but also a collection of insights I want to share with you. I hope it helps you find a dietary approach that works for you.
